1. Our Commitment

At JB Cricket Turf, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our players. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business, which relies on scheduled bookings.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

The eligibility for a refund is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the scheduled start time of the booking.

• Cancellation More Than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled slot, you are eligible for a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
• Cancellation Between 24 to 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled slot, you are eligible for a 50% refund. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your booking to another available slot of equal value at no extra charge.
• Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot time are not eligible for any refund. This is because it is unlikely we will be able to re-book the slot on such short notice.
• No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking and do not provide any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show" and are not eligible for any refund.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your booking, you must contact us directly via phone or email, as listed on our Contact page. Please provide your Booking ID and the name used for the booking to help us process your request quickly. Cancellations made through any other method will not be considered valid.

4. Cancellation by JB Cricket Turf

In the rare and unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency maintenance, power failure), you will be notified immediately. We will offer you the choice of either rescheduling your booking to another convenient time or receiving a 100% full refund.

5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original mode of payment used for the booking. Please note that any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway provider may be deducted from the final refund amount.

6. Changes to the Policy

JB Cricket Turf reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
